Yoga for Strength

A Four-Week Intensive

This 4-week class meets each Monday and Wednesday evening from 6:30-7:30.  The yoga poses and Pilates exercises are our guides for stretching and holding positions to build strength and balance.  Look forward to a good sweat as we incorporate Pilates, free weights and LOTS of Sun Salutations!

Cost is $125 day of class
