Pilates - Mat Pilates strengthens the deep abdominal muscles improving the way we walk, sit and stand.

Gentle Yoga- Yoga postures practiced slowly and with great attention to alignment.

Intermediate Yoga – Postures may be held longer and advanced stages of the poses are explored. 

 It is preferable to have some yoga experience to get the full benefit from the Intermediate class.  

 Class Fees 

Drop-in fee                              $10

5-class punch card                 $40

10-class punch card               $75

Student Rate                           $5 per class

30-day unlimited drop-in      $50 

The 30-day card is good for 30 days from the date of purchase, it is not transferrable and not refundable.  It is good for all yoga and pilates drop-in classes. 

 Private instruction is also available

Wear clothes that allow you to move easily

Mats and equipment are provided

Please come 5 or 10 minutes early to class

Jean Crisler is a certified hatha yoga instructor and certified Pilates instructor.  Jean has been teaching yoga in Trinidad for over 4 years.  She brings her experience as a medical practitioner and teacher as well as her training in martial arts and meditative arts to gentle hatha yoga practice.
